Most Newmar's are OK, but this is pretty much an entry level coach and a Canyon Star would be better along this line, even if one had to back off from new to fit their budget.
Saving a bundle in the process, wouldn't be a bad idea either, with the depreciation thing and with most likely having the bugs worked out, by the previous owner, making the trips to the dealership.

Search for Newmar on Facebook and also Yahoo as there are a number of Newmar lists/pages or whatever in those locations. I am not sure what or where else so do a Google type search also. Here is one I have been on forever, https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/NEWMAROWNERS/
