Hi All, we have a 2011 Winnebago Tour, the aqua hot electric works fine. The diesel does not work at all. Checked the system outside, nothing  lit no green or red lights. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

Have you tried the Reset button. Usually recessed, you'll need a something like a straighten paper clip to reset.

Does the diesel burner not light off at all, or does it fire up but you get no hot water or heat?  If it does not light, do you see/hear any attempt to light it?

Diesel burner does not light up at all. Will try the reset button. It almost seems like there is no power to the burner. No lights on the panel at all. Had to reset once before, but there was a red fault light on.

Thanks, Gary, tried that did not see anything that would help. I am going to call Aqua Hot when they open see if they can help.

Are you getting 12 volts to the panel? Probably yes because the electric wouldn't work without 12 volts to power the thermostat and heat exchangers. If all that works on electric is hot water, then it could be the 12 volt feed.
