Arkansas Hwy 7 & 62?

My wife and I are planning a trip to Eureka Springs, Branson and Hot Springs in a few weeks and would like your thoughts on traveling Hwy 62 from Rogers to Eureka Springs  and Hwy 7 from Branson to Hot Springs.  I have driven these roads before, but it has been years ago, and never in a motorhome.  I coach is a 28 ft class A (2002 Safari Trek 2830), googling Hwy 7 I see a lot of mixed comments ranging from no problem, to it takes a bit of effort, to there is no way I would try that road in a motorhome, apparently mostly due to narrow bridges.  Can someone here help clear this up, and perhaps compare it to a road I have driven in my coach, the Yellowstone loop road.
