I have an 06 3612 Raptor that I used to carry 2 4wd atvs in the garage. We recently purchased a side by side that fits in the garage but leaves no room for a quad. I'm thinking about putting a couple of hitch recievers on the frame and making a light weight rack to slide into them so I can carry a quad on the back of the toyhauler sideways. I'm wondering if anyone on the forum has tried this. Any info would be greatly appreciated....Thanks Mike

Couple members on another forum I'm on have done this.  You're probably looking at more like 3 receivers to handle the weight and the bounce that you'll have back there.  I used to own a 2005 Raptor 3612 myself. I'd think if you had a rack that extended forward to hold the receiver hitches and distribute the weight & the impact it would be more secure then just welding to the rear bumper.  You'll want to add lights/brakes/signals and probably move your license plate for better visibility.

Here is one pic that might help you out.
