Been having ongoing issues with furnace working for a few days then not working for a few days. Replaced propane regulator recently, new circuit board and sail switch last year. Any suggestions?

Welcome Rayo

The first question when you state not working is it dead or blower running but no flame?

Sorry, blower runs, ignites, doesn't stay lit, tries three times, then after awhile will try again.

Blower runs and igniter fires  and lights gas.

My first guess would be to clean the burner chamber. This is assuming that a sensor is not seeing the flame. Also check all your connections. Unplug them and reconnect them in order to "clean the connection"
However I'm not an expert on this
I can provide a link to a manual that may also give you some ideas until the smart guys see this

I did find this link to troubleshooting the Furnace

There are two likely causes for that. The first and most common is an obstruction in the air intake & exhaust (from the outside of the RV). It doesn't take much, e.g. rust flakes, spider webs, dirt dauber nests, etc.  The other is an overheating burner that gets shutdown by the high limit switch. That might be the case if the furnace runs several minutes before shutting down.

So, does it ignite and run a just a very short time, or run several minutes or more?  After it shuts off, can you immediately re-light it by switching the thermostat off and back on again?  I mean actually re-light the burner, not just hear the igniter spark 3 times.

Please review my article on Furnace Troubleshooting to understand how it works and what can go wrong.  Doing that first would have saved you buying parts that had no chance of fixing the problem, i.e. the sail switch and the circuit board.

Furnace starts, ignites for about eight seconds, does that three times, then shuts down. Took everything apart last night, cleaned everything, and most electrical connections, still doing the same thing.

If heat and loud flame sounds are detected at the exhaust port, then that sounds like the igniter/ flame detector is going bad as the flame itself is not being detected as it should be.  Be sure the wire and terminal connecting the igniter/detector to the board is CLEAN. If that does not help, replace the igniter/detector itself. Relatively cheap fix.

Ditto on the loving a cheap fix.. $0.00 is the best price

But I'm going to add to it (About 20 bucks) De-Oxit Gold if you can still find a Radio Shack the two spray container formula.. Clean (1) and prevent or delay oxidation (2) works well

Advantage: Longer times between cleanings
Disadvantage ($20.00) plus you may forget.
