Tight curves = no
40 foot doable.
Some 50 MPH curves
mostly 4 lane except in one or two towns and the beginning out of show low

Agree, the road is no problem but watch for elk, there are a lot of them especially at night. I've had multiple reasonably close calls at night in a single trip. There are "watch for elk" signs every 1/4-1/2 mile in some places and they're not kidding.
