Best Horizontal Wall Sealant

We are fairly new to our Forest River 5th wheel. We have some separation of the trim that covers the floor to basement seam on the outside walls of out trailer. Can someone please suggest the best sealant for this job?

There are many good products from which to choose, just avoid ordinary Silicone sealants, only use neutral-cure Silicone. There is a reason it's the cheapest on the shelf.

3M Body Seamseal is made for that sort of thing, but most RVers would use the more easily found Geocel Proflex RV and its works well too.
