best tires on toad

Looking to replace tires on our tow car, 2013 Ford Fusion.....can anyone suggest a good brand?

Ilike Continentals but saved over $70.00 each buying Michalans through the FMCA tire program.

Our toad has Michelins. Put 30,000 miles on them driving and another 35,000 miles just towing.

Still have relatively good tread left however I'm going to replace them this year with Michelins again.

I do rotate them about every 5,000 miles. I think that's important.

Bought them at Costco about seven years ago.

Hi Arch and all,

I've been wondering about when to replace tires if towing. If tires are rated to go 50,000 miles, do you add the amount driven plus amount towed?

I've got the original brand that came with the car. Will probably go with Discount Tire and a name brand when it comes time to replace.

You replace them when the tread is worn to an unsafe level or they age out..

Like darsben said when they are worn out.

The miles driven and towed are all the same as far as the tire is concerned.  Mine have about 65,000 so it's time.
