Boondockers Heat shelter

This week is going to be hot in Arizona. They are projecting 118 degrees all week.

If any of the Framily are in Southwest Arizona and are boondocking or for whatever reason do not have Air Conditioning I am offering a cool place to escape the heat.

I have a big house in Lake Havasu City with great insulation and two large rooftop Air Conditioners. It is always in the 70 s inside here no matter how hot it gets outside.

I have two extra guest bedrooms that each have their own bathrooms. I also have a pool and spa.

Now Renae is visiting Minnesota with her Kids and Grandkids till the end of the month.

A couple of years ago I opened my other house to about 8 homeless people for a few days while she was in MN and Renae was not very happy but I do not consider Framily as homeless.

You are a champ as usual, but i thought both of you were going to be in Minnesota. We were thinking of visiting if you were still there in August.

The plan in March was to drive the new Motorhome back to Minnesota in May with Renae following in her Jeep, (It is setup for towing but she always feels safer driving herself).

I had a few health complications that put me in the hospital a week or so before we were going to leave. I did not feel up to a 2,000 mile trip back there and a 2,000 mile return at the end of the summer. I suggested that she just fly back as she has a Jeep Cherokee that she bought to keep in Minnesota for use when she flys back there.

She has had a very happy month with her kids and especially with her three Grandkids. This Covid has been hard on us all. She is coming back in a few weeks at the end of the month.

I have had my own vacation staying here at home and sleeping late and wandering around this big house with the puppies. I have not been around anybody for a month and it is part of the reason that I was inviting anyone that needed the air conditioning to come and stay for awhile.

NOT planing on being anywhere near AZ .. likely ever. But of all the places in AZ i have been Lake Havasu City is my favorite.
