Bosal or Westfalia hitch to tow with VW diesel wagon

Hello all, I'm new to this forum, with lots of questions. To start, I'm hoping to buy a used Casita 16' or 17' trailer, gross wt probably 3000 lbs, +/-.  I'd really like to tow it with my 2015 manual transmission VW TDI Diesel Sportwagon with the CRUA engine - made in Mexico for the US market.  I haven't found anyone making a class 2 hitch for this car on this (US) side of the Atlantic. I have heard of some using Bosal (rated to 3300 lbs) or Westfalia imported hitches to tow similar loads, apparently successfully. Anyone out there got any experience or advice to share?
