brake light replacement

Our rig had LED lights. The brake light only has about half the lights working, when I removed the cover water came out. There are 3 round circuit boards and its the bottom one that was wet and needs replacing. The name on the board is Command Electronics and maybe a number of 170-35 and the back has LVC manufacture. I had no luck in my searches. I would hate to have to buy the complete 3 light unit, but will if have to. Any ideas where I can locate this part. I have attached a few pics.
