A dealer told me that Winnebago focuses on quality and builds in-house,

They have a great reputation for motorhomes and small trailers. They do not build any fifth wheels.

Bowlus RV does not build any fifth wheel models and is quite high priced.

Thoughts about quality manufacturers for motorhomes?

I would suggest you consider Winnebago, Newmar, and Tiffin class A RVs. If you buy a used one you need to budget to have it checked out by a certified pre-purchase inspector before you pay any money.

Okay. But realize most rv's including those advertised as four seasons are not going to really comfortable in below freezing or Hot temperatures long term.
