Cadillac SRX V-6 with towing package capabilities

Hi !
I've just purchased  a pre-owned 28ft Prowler Travel trailer. I am not sure of it's weight and was wondering if our SRX is capable of towing . Any advise or suggestions is appreciated. Thanks for any insight.

I believe that with the towing pkg. it will pull 4200lbs.  No way is this a tow vehicle.   without the pkg. its 2500lbs.

Not even close to adequate for this trailer. The 2008 SRX tows 4250 lbs with the tow package and 2000 without. Earlier models were even less.

You should be able to find the trailer GVWR on a DOT rating plate/sticker that is normally attached on the front left corner or on the tongue A-frame. Use the GVWR as the estimated weight unless you can actually weigh it when loaded and ready for travel.
