Campgrounds in or near Hickory NC

I can find 3 campgrounds for Hickory but I can't find a website for any of them.  They are Hidden Valley Campground, Indian Springs Campground, and Lake Hickory RV Resort.  Do any of you have any info on any or all of these campgrounds.
