A good experience with CW. On the 17th, I bought a lift-top coffee table and travelled with it to Yuma without actually inspecting it closely. Turns out there were some serious flaws in the finish, wood putty showing in several places, and a couple of gouges in the upper and lower surfaces. I emailed CW last Sunday outlining my displeasure (complete with pictures) and requested a new one be sent pre-paid with a pre-paid return tag, and that I expected to hear from them early this week. At 3 p.m. on Monday I got a call from Brianna who was very apologetic and promised a new one would be shipped the next day at no cost for the table or shipping both ways. What's more pleasantly shocking that she didn't even request a C.C. # to insure I would return the old one! Now that's what I call service. Of course, I don't have the new one yet, but I'll post an addendum if there are any problems.
