Chassis AC - R134 Fill Amount

Anyone know where I can find the systems full capacity for R134 on the chassis AC on a 02 Journey (32TD). No stickers that I can find on he coach up front on the evaporator cover.

Good luck  and I'll be watching. The answers I've found range from 3.5 to 4.5 lb. I suspect that it varies depending on hose length among other factors. Fortunately, it is fairly simple to tell using a gauge set (when low side comes up its close). Be careful though since that presumes a properly operating system.

I pinged Winnie on this and they said 40 oz/2.5 lbs, sounds low to me but that's what they stated.

My 03 (with 02 chassis) sticker says "Ford & Workhorse 32oz ... Spartan & Freightliner 40oz"

I have a gauge that I put on the cans to charge mine .. 40oz is actually quite a bit compared to cars, but mine has taken every bit of that a time or two.
