Just a reminder to those that will enjoy northern NM either before or after the Moab Rally; the cheepest fuel in NM is usually in Dulce NM at the Apache owned service station across from their casino. Dulce is their tribal HQ and the export a lot of petro and natural gas, getting finished product back at very low prices.
