Sam & I went to the Railroad museum in the old Union Pacific Depot today.  Mush improved from our last visit to the same museum a few years ago.  I also contacted my friend at the Steam Shops and we went over there to look the steam engines and other equipment over again.  We actually had a short ride in a diesel switch engine.  This was the first time Sam had ridden in the cab of any train engine.  I have attaced a couple photos of Sam in the engineer position.  After the visit Sam mentioned moving to Cheyenne and going to work for the ralroad.  Do you supose she would take on driving a railroad engine??? ??? ;D  Any way had a nice day. Will be heading out tomorrow morning for Green River over the 4th.

Looks like Sam would be a natural train driver.

Just imagine Sam at the controls of the Callanger Steam engine.  I think she would enjoy driving a 1 million lb vehicle. ;D

But Ron,
Does it have a nice kitchen?  I think this is one of her goals.

When are you going to stop sightseeing and get back to Lewistown and start fixing up the house? ;D

Ron that's good.  My project will be about 85% complete by that date.  Have to be completed before August first.  We added a sloping roof over the garage and also adding covered patio area with fireplace on the back side.  Entire patio area will be done in Pavestone.

I've added some shots from start to current completion.
