Choosing a Flat Tow Daily Driver for a Leisure Unity

just getting started. my wife and I are retiring next year, we have a MH, 25' Leisure Unity, i guess B, diesel, Mercedes drive train and chassis. we haven't done much traveling yet, just weekend or longer camping, mostly boondocking for now. Going to transition from current vehicles to one primary for me and one for my wife, which we'll make our dingy, we think. we're interested in preferences for flat towed vehicles that are functional as daily driver, she has a RAV4 hybrid now and that is big enough, if something similar. Haven't figured out our towing capacity yet, either. Internet says 5k-7.5k, but need to verify with owners manual. we plan to travel during the summer initially to get out of the heat, we'll be living in OK then, and too hot for us in July/August. also interested in solar options, our coach is prepped for it, whatever that means. Lots of other questions to come.
