I don't know about your specific coach, but this could also be a transfer switch problem

My thought as well. Do you have 120 with the genset running?

Circuit breakers aren't always obvious when the trip.  Have you tried turning at least the main breaker off and then on?

I had a problem yesterday (Technically I still do) half the power in the RV went out. all breakers all the way back to the park's main breaker were good    (lost a leg) tiurns out when the park manager and I opened the box.. lost a leg.. He opened another box off the same meter.. Good good.. He opened the sub panel that feeds my box. Lost a leg.

Suspect list assuming good power at park outlet
The plug
if the cord is detachable (story follows) the oulet
The inlet
The Auto Transfer switch
the screws in the breaker box (Only tighten when not plugged in)
Optional
Surge guard (I have one) or Energy Monitor (Same device two ames)
energnery management system

The story
Brand new (sticker in window new) 5er.. Wife told husband We have no electricity.. Well when we started checking I unplugged the outlet from the inlet and the outlet fell off the cord in my hand.. there are six screws inside the outlet cover. not one was tightened.    We re-assembled and power he had... I would have loved to be as they say a "Fly on the wall" when he got back to his dealer on that.
