I just got to winterizing my camper about a week too late due to some plumbing issues. The lines were partially frozen, but not entirely. I was out of propane and nobody was open for refilling the mounted tank on a Sunday, so I borrowed a 19kbtu space heater and had to let it run for about 6 hours before the lines were thawed enough to pump antifreeze through the lines.
I did add a permanent valve to the pump to make winterizing easier, which required relocating the pump by about 6 inches, but I had to run some new lines due to a bathroom remodel anyways. While I was at it, I was replacing the crappy plastic fittings with brass. As a plus, the pex that I was using is uncolored, so I can actually see where the pink fluid is inside the lines.
Everything is taken care of now, except for the bathroom and floor that I am in the process of remodeling.
