I am new at this and have a question.  How do I connect or use a cobra inverter in a TT?  I looked at the Library article but it did not help me.  The TT has the battery way up front.  Do I need to run a wire all the way from the front to someplace inside the TT?  Please advise. Thanks.

DC voltage drop from the battery to the inverter is the most critical element in the installation (and use) of your inverter.  Mount the inverter as near the battery as possible, keeping the wire between battery and inverter as large and short as possible.

Using an extension cord between inverter and your appliances to be powered will work much better than a long DC connection between battery and inverter.

Be aware that the single, small battery of the typical trailer won't run an inverter very long, or with very large loads. First you size the inverter to the expected load, then size the battery bank to handle the inverter for however many hours of operation you need.
