Cal-Am Resorts in Mesa, Arizona is hiring Workampers for the ‘24-‘25 winter season for our Food Services department. We are looking for singles or couples to join our department’s team of 150!

Types of positions available:
Food/Drink Runner, Bartender, Catering Cook, Banquet Set up/Server, Café Attendant, Line Cook, Restaurant Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant Supervisor, Bar Back, Bakery Assistant, Special Events Bartender, Delivery Driver and Commissary Cook.

Job wages range from $16/hr to $29/hr.
Your site rent & utilities (FHU) is covered with roughly* 22hrs a week per site at ($16/hour), 12hrs a week in fall (October to December). Income is available by working over those deduction hours or at one of our higher hourly rated positions, which would reduce the amount of hours needed to cover deductions.
*Hour requirement fluctuates due to length of stay and the resort you are at.

We offer up to 40 hours a week if you are interested in full time work.
*You will receive a W2 for your gross earnings.
You must be at least 40 to live on property, we cannot accommodate children, however, you can live off property and work for us.

Our commitments are from 9/23/24 until about 5/10/25. We can take Workampers starting anytime in that timeframe but have you stay until at least 4/18/25 and will work with your schedule.
Our age-qualified resorts have hundreds of amenities, classes, activities and events happening daily that are available to you in your off hours with no restrictions when living on property.
