Corned beef and cabbage prices this year

$1.99 a pound for point cut and $3.99 for flat cut at the local Giant grocery store. That was the best price I could find. And you have to get the digital coupon to get that deal.

As far as cabbage: 49 cents a pound at Food Lion. I haven't seen any other grocery store chain offer cheap cabbage around here this year.

What are prices like across the country?

@jackiemac , do you guys get deals on corned beef and cabbage in Scotland this time of year?

It's that time of the year for the sale though and I like cabbage.

$2.77 for point cut and $3.97 for flat cut here in so co. .37 cents for cabbage on sale. Back east i was used to buying them cheap after st pattys day. Havent seen similar deals out here since we moved here.

Mid Florida, I found flat cuts on sale at Winn Dixie for $4.99. They are $5.78 at Walmart. Haven't priced cabbage yet, as it's not on sale here this week.

We have tins of corned beef and corned beef hash here. I have never tried either type.

Papain is safe for human consumption. Just not too much of it, much like many things.

Yes. Scotland. I've not seen any but then I've been to more places in the US than here.
