The new owner (who I talked to this evening)  of the Crown Villa property has decided to operate the park throughout 2007 and possibly beyond. He mailed out advance reservation forms for 2007 this week. Good news for many of us who are going to FMCA, etc

Best guess is slow housing market has delayed building of homes for a while.

That's also good new for those of us who like to ski Mt. Bachelor.  We spent two winters at Crown Villa.  Thanks for the update!

What are they charging now at Crown Villa? My mom and I were just talking about when they stayed there for $57 a week in the 1980s....they thought that was outrageous at the time.

AT that time it was a trailer park - nothing like what was built several years ago. However, here's the rates.
                      Perimeter    Interior    Deluxe
Per day              46                56          66
Per week          285              335          385
Per Month        950              1150        1300

Per day and per week are plus taxes, etc.

Not responsible for errors
