Any idea how to loosen these guys off a little?

http://www.rvpartscountry.com/CamperDoubleRollerCatch.html

Some of our cupboards the hardware is more than snug enough to do the job but opens easily, some of the others require quite a tug; which will inevitably start to pull the screws over time. IU would like to be able to loosen the tough ones a little.

Are there better catches for cupboard doors?

I would try lubricating them with some kind of oil or graphite. Looks like the only thing that would make them hard to open is the pivot points on the roller catches.

We have these latches "http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/item/medium-duty-push-latch/36121"

They provide positive latching without the heavy pull.

With a pair of channel-loks squeeze the male side together a little bit, the narrower that diamond shaped area is the less resistance it should have. Go slow, make a small adjustment then try it, and so forth. This can be accomplished without removing the hardware from the cabinet door.

We have these latches in our coach. The come in 5 lb Standard pull and 10 lb heavy duty pull. Camping World in Tucson @ Lazydays sells them for $10.29, reg price $11.47. Or at least they did on 2/27/13 @ 11:24am per my reciept. That $11.29 internet sale, plus shipping is quite a deal!

You can look better ones but you may not be looking in the right place.  Look at a web page of woodworking like Rockler.  Just a thought.
