Dangerous too-narrow RV Steps

EVERY visitor at my RV, gets my standard lecture when leaving.

"STEP SIDEWAYS GOING DOWN!" They get tired hearing it, but before I started cautioning them, two women stepped down forward. The momentum of their movement carried their foot off the too-narrow step and they fell onto their tail bone. Very painful, and could have caused a broken hip.

STEP SIDEWAYS! "Oh shut up, Buck; I know the drill!"

Good advice Buck. That's something I should remember to do when we have visitors. I know I always comment positively when I enter/leave a coach that has wide steps because they just make it so much easier to get in and out of the coach.
