I have 2 switches that seem to be labeled wrong and was wondering if the face of the switch outside cover could be swapped with each other and how you get the cover off without breaking.

If you get to the back of the switches it might be easier to swap the wires from one switch to the other. Almost all RV switch use spade connectors from the wire to the switch. It also usually possible to "pop" the switches out of the face plate to get to the wires.
A picture would help.

I would not try to remove the switch covers.. they are rather hard to put back on as there are springs and things behind them.

It might (Depending on the switches) be possible to rewire

What switches are they? another possibility is this country's most populous state.... CONFUSION. (the only state with more residents than Denial)

If they are Carling brand rocker switches there is a special tool that you can use to swap the rocker covers. see
