Daytona 500

Is anybody going to the Daytona 500? It has been a bucket list dream of mine for several years now and I am finally going to get to go. The next step after this is to sometime be there for the entire speedweek.

I wish! Flew down and went to the July race and had a great time! If you have time, get a Fan Zone pass. Very worth it. You walk up right to the garage stalls and peek in.

I have been too a few Nascar races over the years but never Daytona. I would say the most impressive was the road race in Sonoma California. They really throw those cars around and the "right" turns are a bonus!

I use to drag race so that is what I have been going to the last ten years. I go to the fall Vegas race every years and camp at the track. Have a great time too.
