deeded lots

Does anyone have any opinions regarding deeded lots or long term leases. The concept doesn't sound like a bad idea. Just wondering about the fine print or possible horror stories.

I've got both a deeded lot and a long term rental lot at Pueblo El Mirage RV Resort and Country Club.  What would you like to know?  Great people here.  They start gathering in Oct and leave by end of Apr for the most part.  Some stay for the summber and just take short trips. north in the summer. No Lots for sale here anymorebut lease lots are about $3600 a year  if you pay by May each year, good thru the Oct the following year.  The old Pay in advance method. The rental is Oct to Oct.  3 months rental here during the winter is about $1700 and you pay electric and cable.  Wifi is here but you pay for it or you can use it within 100 fit of the office. Not many can do that cause this place is huge. We presently have our MH stored here at PEM and living in a Park Model Leased ground, while remodeling a larger park model with ground ownership. Ask away if this doesn't anser you questions.
