I read that it was possible to have the key on ACC to unlock the steering wheel and then to keep the key in and turned off and the wheel will continue to be unlocked.  This was to be a solution to not having to take the required fuse out while towing.  Has anyone used this method?  It would certainly be alot easier than pulling the fuse each time.
