I have a 2001 Hurricane 33SL.  I have been working a lot of the coach to try and get things ready for summer. One problem i am having is now the coach / chassis disconnect is not working correctly. The chassis light ( red ) will not come on and and coach light ( green ) will not shut off. I have checked the fuses on the BCC and they are OK. I did replace the isolator solenoid a couple days ago with one i purchased from NAPA.  The disconnect was working fine prior to this.
any suggestions of what might be the issue here.

thanks for the help

The only thing that comes to mind is check, check, check your replacement work. If it was working before.... Is your replacement solenoid an exact replacement (appearance does not count!!)?? Any orphaned wires hanging around in the work area??? Easy to miss sometimes and this area is often a bridging point for other wiring !!!!

thanks for the suggestion. I think this will be my next move. I am going to put back the old solenoid and see if it returns.

thanks again.

Why did you change the solenoid in the first place?  Could this be one of those "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" situations? ??? :)

I believe I had a similar situation.  If I pressed the '12V disconnect' switch, nothing happened.  Another symptom was that when driving down the road, the house batteries were not getting charged.  They would charge fine from the converter if the RV was parked.

It turned out to be an in-line fuse somewhere from the house battery.  Not exactly sure where it was.

not a if its not broke don't fix it situation. batteries were not charging and when the BCC was checked found out that a rodent had made a home of the inside. cleaned the inside and replaced the isolator solenoid and charging system was repaired but the disconnect stopped working. Looked at work and found one connection loose. tightened and the ( green ) coach disconnect started working. still have not found the fix for the chassis disconnect.

Do you have the diagnostic procedures and diagrams for trouble shooting your BCC?  If Not, tell us who the manufacturer of your BCC is (Intellitec or RV-Custom Products), and I will give you a link to those documents.

It is made by Intellitec.
thank you

Here's your link it will be active for 24 hours.

I have some more detailed diagrams of the circuit board, but you shouldn't need them.
