Dish Network Falling apart?

After the recent news of the Direct TV and Dish merger things seems to be going south at Dish. My latest problem is that the My Dish App is not working. I recently travelled and am currently in Florida. Tonight I turn on the Dish and realize that I am still getting Virginia local TV stations. I tried to open MyDish App to update. First, my fingerprint reader no longer works in the App. Second, the log-in interface screen is skewed so you can hardly enter your username and password. Next, delete the App and reload to no improvement. Third, I go online to the website and login, but there is no way other then the App to update your locals, the website gives you instructions on how to do it on the App. Guess I'm watching Virginia locals or spending time on the phone with some rep. In other news there's a freeze warning in Virginia while it's in the 80's here in Florida.

Before the locals feature was added to the app, I always changed my locals via chat rather than a voice call. I used a pre-written script (sample below) that I copied and pasted into the chat window. Each change only required updating the address.
