Dodge Dakota class C

Check out this eBay link, I found it while browsing Class C's (what else? :) and have never seen one like it:

Was this type of Dodge Dakota chassis mass-produced, or is this a custom job?? Just curious -

its a Scotty, their RV factory burned down in 1997 and although the company exists, they no longer build RV's, only mobile fire safety houses....I've seen full size dodge RV's from them, but this is the first on a small dodge chassis
