Regardless, this will probably cost him thousands. If Prowse can prove to the court that he published truth.
BB's in trouble
If he can't.. he is.
But this world runs on BS more than truth! If Prowse can prove to the court that he published truth.
True, as you and I both well know from other forumsBut this world runs on BS more than truth!

By far, most civil cases get settled at mediation. I hope this one doesn't. Perhaps if Will doesn't chicken-out and settle out of court, then DragonFly Energy will. I don't think DragonFly will want their case to go to court. It could make Battleborn look even worse than it already does, IMO.But Courts tend to look for Truth .
No doubt they will come up with some good sounding BS to a jury full on non-technical people. As I said, the world runs on BS.I can easily see this getting mired in technicalities and minutiae. Exact steps of how tests were performed, suitability of test equipment and calibration, environment, traceability of tested units, on and on. Perhaps Mr. Prowse has an established and qualified process but all it will take is to find one mis-step and he's done. The ball is soundly in BB's court.

Also:Bottom line:
While Battle Born Batteries is facing public relations and legal challenges, there is no indication that the company is in financial distress. Dragonfly Energy continues to operate its Reno, Nevada production facility and markets its products, though the controversy may affect brand reputation and customer trust. If you own a Battle Born battery, especially an older model, it’s wise to monitor for heat or connection issues and follow the manufacturer’s guidance.

Dragonfly Energy is currently facing significant financial challenges, highlighted by a dramatic decline in stock price due to recent public offerings and concerns over share dilution.
Recent Stock Performance
In October 2025, Dragonfly Energy Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: DFLI) experienced a substantial drop in its stock price, primarily due to the announcement of multiple public offerings. On October 6, the company priced an underwritten public offering of 20 million shares at $1.25 each, which was a significant discount compared to its previous trading price of $1.89. This announcement led to a 30% drop in stock value. Just ten days later, another offering of 36 million shares at $1.35 per share was announced, resulting in an additional 13% decline in premarket tradingfinancialcontent.com+1.
Concerns Over Share Dilution
The market's reaction to these offerings has been largely negative, with investors expressing concerns about share dilution. The increase in the number of outstanding shares has raised alarms about the company's financial stability and the potential impact on shareholder value. The company's strategy to raise capital through these offerings, while aimed at strengthening its balance sheet, has inadvertently triggered a crisis of confidence among investorsfinancialcontent.com.
Debt Restructuring Efforts
In addition to the public offerings, Dragonfly Energy has also been involved in debt restructuring efforts. In February 2025, the company announced a successful amendment of its existing debt facility, which included a $3.5 million registered direct offering and a potential additional $4.5 million contingent tranche. This restructuring is intended to enhance the company's financial flexibility and liquidity, allowing it to better navigate its current challengesdragonflyenergy.com.
Conclusion
Overall, Dragonfly Energy is navigating a turbulent financial landscape characterized by stock price volatility, investor concerns over dilution, and ongoing efforts to restructure its debt. These developments are critical for current and potential investors to monitor as they may significantly impact the company's future performance and stability.
Hopefully, they can all get together for this court case, even if only to discuss BBB (Battle Born Battery) issues. I would like to see Will make a very good case for his side.Other YouTube commentators documented the failures before Will did, including different failure modes not mentioned in Will's videos.
He has owned several supercars, I don't think money is an issueI have no idea what Will's net worth is. But I do recall watching a video several years ago where he stated that at one point he was homeless and possibly living out of his car. As his videos became popular, he earned enough to buy a home and IIRC, Tesla. I certainly hope Will prevails. It's hard to evaluate the character of anyone who produces you-tube videos, but I don't get that Will is the malicious type.
