We will be headed to the Keys in a couple of months.  Does anyone know of a very easy in/out quick overnite stop just before you get to the Keys?  We'll be arriving in that area pretty late (9-11 PM) and want to stop there in order to get to our final destination around noon.  We will most likely be traveling down I-95 then through Homestead/Florida City.

Suggestions?

There is an Indian casino at the intersection of US41, Tamiami Trail and Rt 997, Krome Ave, but I do not know if they allow overnighting.

Miccosukee Indian Gaming at 500 SW 177th Ave, Miami, Fl 33194 does allow overnight parking. See Miccosukee. RVs should park in the Racoon Lot - northeast section of the parking lot, easy walk to the casino.

The Everglades Campground at 20675 sw162 ave in Miami.  Bit pricy but only about 8 miles north of Homestead, FL.  Another is the Larry&Penny Thompson Campground (City owned) on Eureka Ave about 10 miles north of Homestead, am not sure how well advertised this park is but it is nice and they generally have overnight vacancies.

If you need more info, I will be watching the forum.
