I'm not aware of any need to lubricate them, but good luck. They are probably the Atwood electric jacks and notoriously unreliable.
The jack leg part that extends can be cleaned with a soft cloth and coated with a silicone spray to protect it from the salts or dirt in the environment, but that isn't "lubrication".
