Arctic Tern Electric Roof Hatch $1000.00
This came new in the box with my RV conversion, I had every intension on using it but after building the interior it doesn't fit the space where I intended.
This is new, in its original box, not scratched up, never been installed.
What's awesome about it? Lets in a lot of light, fully opened lets in a lot of air, the interior trim ring has two built in sliders, one is a screen so you can have the hatch open without bugs coming in and the other blacks out the light from coming in or going out.
Hatch opens far enough you can poke your head out for a look around.
This is not a fan. Power is only to open/close the hatch and for the LED lights that surrond the trim ring.
In the case of a power failure there is an included hand crank to lower & lift the hatch.

oof Compatibility: Fits roof thicknesses from 30-69mm with an optional Expansion ring for roofs 70-84mm.All roof hatches come with hardware for 84mm roofs. Screws must be cut to length before installation.A completely flat frame must be created to support the hatch (for example, Impact Products makes an adapter for this skylight).Roofs must be a minimum of 1-3/16” (30mm) thick. 1 Tube of Polyurethane Adhesive is recommended for installation.
