We just got a 2008 Damon Astoria RV and the entry door just has a little hinge stop that pulls out of the center of the door and does not seem to create a very good stop for the door and am concerned the wind could destroy the door. Was wanting to put a more positive stop on it like we had on top the door on our previous RV which had a swing arm assy on top the door. It does not seem like this door has enough room on top of it for this. Was looking at adding a shock option also. Anyone ever ran into this and had a solution?
