EV-Phobia is getting worse!

My issue would be the long time for recharging. If on a trip I can fill a fuel tank in a few minutes,
Welcome! I see that is your first post here.

My main issue iwith ICE vehicles is going to gas stations for local stuff; I can always leave home with a full "tank" (charge) if I want, with my EV cars, I rarely find a need to charge on the road. Two times since year 2018. All my other overnight trips have been in a gas motorhome.

My shorter-range motorcycles I often take on my longer days rides, but I usually enjoy the charge stops, like I am doing right now.

But I would never find charging at 1KMPHc (one thousand miles per hour of charge) to be too long for a break in my Tesla M3LR. Make the break for 15 minutes and get 250 miles added.

With my Tesla below (M3LR):

"When using a Tesla Supercharge with a Model 3 Long Range, the charging rate can be up to 1,000 miles per hour12. This allows the car to recover up to 75 miles of charge in 5 minutes"

I am now in Verdi, NV stopped for a late lunch. Getting a free charge at the same time on my Energica Experia motorcycle, but this is a slow free charge, but it will pay for most of the trip, which is 100 miles, by the time I leave here and get to my Reno home.

There are also Tesla Version four Superchargers here, but I have never used them. Too close to Reno to be useful to me.

but currently the technology is not there for large heavy vehicles like RV's, busses, 18 wheelers,
The technology is somewhat there already, such as the Tesla Semi and the million watt charging stations, but no reasonable choices yet for motorhomes (IMO)and not nearly enough Level Four (million watt plus) chargers, and poor charging infrastructure locations for large motorhomes at this time.

Thís was true for all EVs just a few years ago. Not so much these days.

But for those towing, I think that can already work, but I have yet to see a Cybertruck towing anything with my own eyes.

BTW, since I started typing this message, a Cybertruclk came in, used the Supercharger and already left, but he wasn't towing anything. He charged for less than 5 minutes, but I assume he was just trying to add enough to get home or whatever.

From the restaurant here, I can see out the windows, (I watch my electric motorcycle right outside) they are all one-way windows, cannot see in at all, but can see out as clear as day.

I can see EV or at least hybrids being the solution to the majority of air pollution problems in large cities but currently the technology is not there for large heavy vehicles like RV's, busses,

In Seneca/Clemson SC. the CAT (Clemson Area Transit) Busses are free to ride. and some of them are EVs. They re-charge at the Hospital in Seneca and I assume the other end in Clemson though I've never seen that charging station. It is a very fast recharge since it's each end of the route.
