Everpure twist lock water filter faucet leaking on 2002 Adventurer

I guess these Everpure faucets were an option. Mine is currently leaking and sometimes will not shut completely off. I usually lift the black handle on the cartridge holder underneath the sink. Are these faucets rebuild-able? I can't seem to locate my exact model on-line so I am guessing they are obsolete. Has anyone sucessfully repaired one of these faucets??

Mine will often leak if I turn it off gently, but if I allow it to "pop" itself into the off position it doesn't leak.

Replaced with a new faucet from Lowes.com for $15. I also put a shut off valve in the tubing between the filter and the faucet.

I have the old one available if anyone wants it. Just cover shipping costs.
