Experiences Buying From Couch's RV Nation

We bought a '21 Cedar Creek there and we're happy with the transaction. At that time, I couldn't beat their price at any other dealership. I don't remember the name of the salesman that I worked with, but he kept me informed and answered my queries during the building. When we picked the camper up, it was open and hooked to electric. During the walk through, we didn't find anything major wrong, but they did correct a couple of minor things while we were there. I will say though, once we took the camper to Amish Family RV in Topeka, IN for a couple of moderations, they went through the camper and found several more warranty issues that they corrected. I don't believe Orvan does warrant work anymore. As for Couch's, if and when we ever decide to buy another camper, I will definitely talk to them again.

Anyone here have experience with them? Thanks in advance.
We were looking to buy a 5W from them a few years ago. The sales guy was very helpful on the phone and when we visited their facility in Trenton, OH in person. He walked the lot to show us the make/model we were interested in, but I got the feeling he was under pressure to get back to his desk.

They do all their transactions online, and the "office" part of their building felt a little like one of those 'boiler rooms' with everyone online &/or on the phone, and a supervisor overseeing them from a raised platform. The supervisor made a comment about the sales guy being away from his desk.

We ended up buying used from a neighbor at our RV resort. But I saw no reason I wouldn't buy from Couch's RV Nation.

Glad to hear from si camper2, someone who completed a transaction with them.
