Good morning! I noticed my decal on the top corner of the TT is starting to bubble. I have not found any cracks or areas lf wear from water intrusion. (fingers crossed). When I pushed on the lower left bubble, it stuck back down and stayed there. The sidewall felt firm and no soft areas noted. Is this something that I should cut open with a razor blade and apply more adhesive?

Probably. A pin hole or tiny slash will let the air bubble out and make it easier to flatten, but the adhesive has already failed once so maybe won't last long if you simply press it back down. I'd probably try it without more adhesive first, but not be surprised if some or all the bubbles return.

I doubt very much that the problem is water intrusion but I do suspect that it is just normal aging of the particular decal that the manufacturer used. It is possible that it is a defect or it may also be that the installation as a bit lacking. In my experience, darker colored decals tend to degrade first and none of them last as long as would automotive paint, which is now used in the RV industry. To me it is a bit of a lottery as to whether it is better to try and inject some glue into it or just leave it alone. Since there is no way to remove the adhesive that has already failed, it probably will happen again at some point. Not all glues are compatible with the material that the decal is made of so be careful what you use. If you know someone who works in a body shop, I would ask their opinion.
