Our Pleasure Way 2.2 is designed for two, but what if we want to have one of our grand kids along on a trip. There is seat belts for four in the RV but only one bed. Did see a $400 inflatable bed at the Hershey RV show and that gave me an idea.............https://youtu.be/LLItxBf7c0k

Not much room, if any, in a Class B to throw down a mattress. Are they old enough to sleep out side in a tent.

Nice work. I've been thinking of doing a similar thing with the front seats in my Class A. With the seats facing each other I am pretty sure I can get a 5+ foot single in there.

Or it can be used as a counter/shelf for items like printers and so on when I am set up for a while.

Our Roadtrek 210 front seats swivel around and make two more beds between the four seats. Came from the factory that way. If your seats swivel around it might be possible to make a couple of beds with a little RV engineering.
