F53 speed bleeders

I want to flush my 2001 F53 brakes.  I looked on Amazon and there are millions of speed bleeders.  Does anyone know which one to use?

Why do you want speed bleeders?  I am only asking because I went through this myself last spring before our 6k mile departure date.  Talked to the local truck mechanic I use at times and he explained how to do the brake fluid flush by myself.  Easy Peasy.  Lots of Youtube videos on this method and I can attest that it works very well.
