Curious, was it the top bolt? Mine is a 2015 and it was the rear passenger side as well, the bottom bolt sheared off flush to the mount and the top bolt and bracket were MIA. The bushing is still attached and is what is keeping it from metal on metal contact. I assumed the bolt was threaded in but appreciate the confirmation.
