Planning on eventually going down to Charleston, South Carolina and going to the Boone Plantation where the tv series North and South was filmed (Orie Main?s family home). It is also the summer home for Allie in The Notebook.

Boone Hall Plantation has a small room with memorabilia from projects filmed there, including numerous LP album covers.

Speaking of Jane....Paramount Ranch in California where Dr Quinn was filmed is also a wanna-see place for me! Love the show. I have the entire series and two movies  ;D

Oh, the bench that Forest Gump sat on.... it was still in the spot on the square in Savannah a few years back, but a few months ago we were there and they'd moved the bunch to a museum.  That church steeple the feather floated past in the opening seen though, of course, is there

Anatomy of a Murder was filmed in the U.P. of Michigan. Some of the scenes were shot in Big Bay and Michigamme. The restaurant (Mt. Shasta Family Dining) in Michigamme is still there on Hwy 41. Great stop for lunch. Pictures of the stars adorn the walls.
