FCA announces recall campaign for 2018-2019 Jeep Wranger Death Wobble

FCA has just announced a recall for "possible" Death Wobble on Jeep Wranglers.  I called a local dealership and asked them if they had the steering dampener part for the recall.  He checked his computer and said that the campaign was listed as an "investigate" then order the part if necessary. 

My Jeep/Mopar app shows the recall, V41 as "incomplete but parts are available".
