I am new to all of this. I inherited a piece of property in the Panhandle of Florida. It is waterfront (Choctawhatchee Bay) with a private dock. There is no sewer "hook up". Water and electric are available.
There is a good size area to park an RV. A parking pad if you will.
The area is somewhat secluded, if privacy is what you desire?
Is there a market for this and what would someone be willing to pay?
I really have no idea?
It does get cold in the Panhandle?
If anyone is traveling the area and needs a site for a few days give me a call.
Property is about 10 or 15 minutes south of interstate 10, near exit 85
You can give me some advice? Pay me whatever you feel is appropriate?

What does "available" mean for water and electric? Is it right at the site, or just  near enough that an owner could have wiring and plumbing extended to the site at relatively low cost?  Does the local zoning allow an RV to be placed on the property - many areas do not allow this except in registered RV parks. Especially if no sewer facility is onsite.

As for the value, I suggest you check with similar properties in the area. Real estate listings might help.

If you want to offer it for sale, please post a For Sale or Rent ad in the section titled "Private For Sale or Wanted" - it is near the bottom of the list of boards on the site. Advertising is not allowed in any other forum board.

How big a piece? How many acres or square feet or length x width.

Septic/sewer?
What do other lots of similar size in the area use?
