Florida to Illinois - Any Roads Closed?

We'll be leaving central Florida on April 1st, traveling to central Illinois. Because of all the flooding and roads being out along the rivers, would anyone know of a safe route that would keep us out of the Smokey's and away from the floods?  Or is there an app we could use?  We usually rely on MapQuest, but that doesn't tell us about danger ahead.

We just returned to northern IL from northern FL on I65 with no trouble at all. You can take I75 to Tifton, GA, and US 280 to I65 at Birmingham.

All roads lead out of Illinois. Any roads that lead into the state are a trap, don't fall for it....
